    For Context:

    • ADUs start around $150K+
    • Renovations/additions usually land between $50K–$300K
    • Full custom homes start at $400K+
  • Every project has three phases: Design, Permitting, and Build.

    Here's the reality:

    • Design: 4–8 weeks
    • Permitting: 4–12 weeks (depends on town/state)
    • Build:
      • ADU = ~3–5 months
      • Renovation = ~4–8 months
      • Custom home = ~8–12 months

    We give you a real timeline up front—and we manage the subs, permits, and schedule to hit it.

  • No—and that's a good thing. Free estimates are usually guesswork and fluff. We offer a $500 site + design consultation for free, which includes:

    • Feasibility review of your lot/home
    • Custom rough budget range
    • Timeline overview + permitting path
