Every project has three phases: Design, Permitting, and Build.
Here's the reality:
- Design: 4–8 weeks
- Permitting: 4–12 weeks (depends on town/state)
- Build:
- ADU = ~3–5 months
- Renovation = ~4–8 months
- Custom home = ~8–12 months
We give you a real timeline up front—and we manage the subs, permits, and schedule to hit it.
No—and that's a good thing. Free estimates are usually guesswork and fluff. We offer a $500 site + design consultation for free, which includes:
- Feasibility review of your lot/home
- Custom rough budget range
- Timeline overview + permitting path
